a Negative Declaration is appropriate for the project and
what mitigation measures, if any, must be undertaken to
ensure that the project will not have a significant impact -
upon the environment.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING:
Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of
Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines and
Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for Negative
Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports and determines
that the project requested in PUD-80-14 would not have any
significant effects on the environment to require the pre-
paration of an Environmental Impact Report since any adverse
effects are capable of being mitigated.
Section 2. Although the Initial Study identified certain aspects of
the project as having potential significant adverse environ-
mental effects, said effects can be rendered insignificant
by the inclusion of Condition No. 3, and of Planning
Commission Resolution No. 1977.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton
on the 8th day of April 1981 by the following vote:
AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and
Chairperson Wilson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
DATE: April B, 1981
ATTEST: ^ ~ ~ ^
Robert J: iiaxrris', Secretary DeAit'~ Wilson; Chairperson
APPROVED AS TO FORM/:/,,~'
~"
rvey E.
