NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports <br />and determines that the project requested in GP-81-2 <br />would not have any significant effects on the environ- <br />ment to require the preparation of an Environmental <br />Impact Report since any significant adverse effects are <br />capable of being mitigated. <br />Section 2. Although the Initial Study identified certain aspects <br />of the project as having potential significant adverse <br />environmental effects, said effects can be rendered <br />insignificant by the inclusion of Conditions No. 1 through <br />6 of Resolution No. 1989 adopted May 13, 1981. <br />Section 3.
