NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports <br />and determines that the project requested in GP-80-6 <br />would not have any significant effects on the environ- <br />ment to require the preparation of an Environmental <br />Impact Report.,.- <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of May 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, <br />Vice Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />DATE: May 13, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~i <br />Ro eT rt J.
