4. That all rabbit feed be contained inside rodent <br />proof containers at all times. <br />5. That strict sanitary conditions be maintained <br />constantly in order to control fly proliferation <br />and the emission of offensive odors. <br />6. That if the applicant wishes to continue to dispose <br />of the rabbit droppings as they are presently doing <br />rather than storing them in water proof containers <br />as required by the Alameda County Health Department, <br />permission for this method of disposal must first be <br />obtained from the Health Department. <br />7. That since complaints have been received with regard <br />to rabbits on the subject property, this use permit <br />is granted for a period of one year at which time it <br />shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission to <br />determine if the keeping of rabbits at 5624 San Luis <br />Court should be continued. <br />8. That the applicant shall have 90 days from the date of <br />approval to reduce the number of rabbits to conform to <br />this conditional use permit approval. <br />Section 2.
