PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1995 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR MICHAEL AND <br />MARY DILLON AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-81-8 <br />WHEREAS, Michael and Mary Dillon have applied for a conditional <br />use permit which would allow the retention of 12 rabbits <br />at their residence located at 5624 San Luis Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 13, 1981, at which time <br />all pertinent documents and testimony were received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approves <br />the application of Michael and Mary Dillon as filed under <br />case UP-81-8 subject to the following conditions because the <br />required findings can be made. <br />Findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this Chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the proposed conditions under which it would be <br />operated would not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to the properties in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use would comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this-Chapter. <br />Conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted for a maximum of six <br />adult and two cages of baby rabbits. <br />2. That the hutches be moved away from the fence to a <br />more central location in the rear yard as approved <br />by the County Health Department. <br />3. That the hutches be cleaned on a daily basis. <br />/// <br />
