I would like to stress <br /> that costs will be based on a per hour charge and will be charged only <br /> on actual time spent. <br /> <br /> My past ~xperience shows that it takes about 60-70 hours spent in <br /> a community holding interviews and doing research to become effectively <br /> knowledgeable about the capabilities of a particular city. <br /> <br /> Along with this, the introduction of the report would reflect the <br /> potential of Pleasanton as a meeting area with an in-depth recommendation <br /> as to the direction Pleasanton should take if it is to actively compete <br /> for the visitor dollar. <br /> <br /> Even though portions of the report will include a market analysis, <br /> the report will not contain a marketing plan.
