ensure that the project will not have a significant impact <br />upon the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports <br />and determines that although the Initial Study identi- <br />fied certain aspects of the project as having potential <br />significant adverse environmental effects, said effects <br />can be rendered insignificant by the inclusion of the <br />following mitigation measures in the project, should it <br />be approved: <br />Fifty-two (52) conditions of project approval shown <br />on Resolution No. 1808. <br />For this reason, an EIR need not be prepared. <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br />Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4 (g) of <br />Resolution No. 77-66. <br />Section 3.
