PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1807 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR JOSEPH BOATRIGHT AND RAYMOND GOODRICH FILED UNDER PUD-79-2. WHEREAS, Joseph Boatright and Raymond Goodrich have applied for a hillside development plan approval for a 28 unit resi- dential hillside planned development proposed for the approximately 74 acre site located southwest of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road. Zoning for the property is HPD (Hillside Planned Development) District. WHEREAS, said proposal was based upon an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of October 10, 1979 received the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration _ in a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development dated October 10, 1979 regarding the afore- mentioned project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was advised by the City Attorney of its responsibilities in reviewing the proposed Negative Declaration and the determinations required by Section 5.4(e) of Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, each member of the Planning Commission had before him/her copies of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed Negative Declaration and Initial Study; and WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment, which has previously been published in the Pleasanton Times, at the time of the public hearing on the aforementioned project; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of the staff report and public input, the Planning Commission reviewed the provisions of the City's Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation of projects and preparation of Environmental Impact Reports as they pertain to requirements for Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports in order to determine if a Negative Declaration is appropriate for the project and what mitigation measures, if any, must be undertaken to
