NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports <br />and determines that although the Initial Study identified <br />certain aspects of the project as having potential signi- <br />ficant adverse environmental effects, said effects can <br />be rendered insignificant by the inclusion of the <br />following mitigation measures in the project, should <br />it be approved: <br />Conditions 1, 3, 4, 8, 11-13, 30 and 39 of project <br />approval as contained in Resolution No. 1811. <br />For this reason, an EIR need not be prepared.. <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br />Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br />Resolution No. 77-66. <br />Section 3.
