PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1821 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />STONESON ASSOCIATES FILED UNDER UP-79-22. <br />WHEREAS, Stoneson Associates have applied for a conditional use <br />permit to allow a subdivision sales office to be located <br />at 5356 Brookside Court; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 14, 1979 before the <br />Planning Commission at which time all pertinent reports, <br />documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission agproves UP-79-22 subject to the <br />following conditions because all of the required findings <br />can be made. <br />Findings <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord-with the objectives of this chapter and <br />the purposes of the district in which the site is <br />located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use would comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Conditions <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br />2. That if a trap fence is to be used in conjunction <br />'-' with the models, it be removed prior to final build- <br />ing inspection of the models. <br />~// <br />
