4. That if a spray booth is to be utilized in the <br />operation, the applicant apply for and secure the <br />necessary permit from the Fire Department prior to <br />the issuance of a building permit. <br />5. That all ducts, air conditioning equipment and any <br />other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground or elsewhere be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br />6. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such <br />a manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br />7. That all trash and refuse be contained completely within <br />an enclosed area architecturally compatible with the <br />main structure. <br />8. That if signing for the business is desired, a signing <br />program be submitted to the City for consideration under <br />separate application. <br />9. That the applicant comply with all requirements of the <br />Fire Department for establishment of this business on <br />the subject property. <br />10. That the applicant will have no painted-on window signs <br />on the building and that any sign put up with regard to <br />this use must be in accordance with an approval overall <br />signing program for the building. <br />Section 2.
