PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1826 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR EARL ADAMS <br />FILED UNDER UP-79-23 <br />WHEREAS, Earl Adams has applied for a conditional use permit which <br />would allow an auto body shop with a paint spray booth <br />facility to be located at 3687 Old Santa Rita Road. Zoning <br />for the property is C-S (Commercial Services) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 14, 1979 at which time <br />all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-79-23 subject to the <br />following conditions because all of the required findings <br />can be made: <br />Findings <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained would not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Conditions <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site map, Exhibit A, oh file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That all repair work and painting be dc3ne completely <br />indoors. <br />3. That there be no outdoor storage of wrecked or damaged <br />automobiles in conjunction with the business. <br />/// <br />
