12. That a preliminary design plan for the proposed future <br />off-site sewer system be submitted to the City for <br />review and approval. <br />13. That the developer enter into an agreement to finance <br />and/or install his portion of the future off-site <br />sewer system and his proportionate share of the common <br />portion of the future sewer system. This agreement shall <br />be executed prior to final approval of the subdivision map. <br />14. That approval for the proposed water system be with- <br />held pending final design. <br />15. That approval for the proposed storm drain system be with- <br />held pending final design and that the requirements of <br />Alameda County Flood Control be met, including pick ups of <br />Stanley Boulevard drainage through the in-tract system. <br />16. That a complete design package be submitted to the <br />City Engineer for review and approval including but not <br />limited to the following: <br />a. Storm drainage - <br />1) Hydrology calculations <br />2) Shed boundary map <br />3) Hydraulic calculations <br />4) Storm drain design <br />b. Sanitary sewers <br />1) Calculations and analysis <br />2) Sewer design <br />c. Water system <br />1) Analysis and calculations <br />2) Water system design <br />3) Provision for water line tie per Fire <br />Department requirements <br />~ . <br />cl. Utility design and layout <br />e. Final map <br />1) Final map with affidavit sheet and 100 scale <br />index map <br />2) Closures and calculations <br />3) Preliminary title report <br />f.
