PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1837 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT <br />4401 FOR FRANK AUF DER MAUR. <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has applied to subdivide an approxi- <br />mately 69 acre parcel located on the south side of <br />Stanley Boulevard easterly of the Fiat Agency into <br />19 separate lots; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial Service) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning <br />this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSIONd RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves this application <br />subject to the conditions shown because all of the <br />required findings could be made: <br />Findings <br />A. That the proposed map is in conformance with the <br />Pleasanton General Plan. <br />B. That none of the conditions, the finding of which would <br />require the denial of the map, are present in this <br />proposal. <br />C. That there are no waste disposal problems associated <br />with the project. <br />Conditions <br />1. That approval is granted for the subdivision of the <br />subject property substantially as shown on Tentative <br />Map Tract 4401 on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That a traffic signal be installed at the intersection <br />of California Avenue and Stanley Boulevard at full <br />expense to the developer in conjunction with the <br />improvements for Tract 4401 or prior to that date <br />if traffic conditions warrant as stipulated in <br />condition 9 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1779 <br />approving Tentative Map Tract 4166, the second phase <br />of the subdivision of the Auf der Maur property. <br />
