PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1837 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 4401 FOR FRANK AUF DER MAUR. WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has applied to subdivide an approxi- mately 69 acre parcel located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard easterly of the Fiat Agency into 19 separate lots; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial Service) District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSIONd RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves this application subject to the conditions shown because all of the required findings could be made: Findings A. That the proposed map is in conformance with the Pleasanton General Plan. B. That none of the conditions, the finding of which would require the denial of the map, are present in this proposal. C. That there are no waste disposal problems associated with the project. Conditions 1. That approval is granted for the subdivision of the subject property substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 4401 on file with the Planning Division. 2. That a traffic signal be installed at the intersection of California Avenue and Stanley Boulevard at full expense to the developer in conjunction with the improvements for Tract 4401 or prior to that date if traffic conditions warrant as stipulated in condition 9 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1779 approving Tentative Map Tract 4166, the second phase of the subdivision of the Auf der Maur property.
