Conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 4239 on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions <br />of approval of case PUD-79-2 as listed in Ordinance <br />No. 919. <br />3. That the application as proposed will be subject to <br />additional requirements under the City Fire Code. <br />The applicant is requested to contact the Fire - <br />Prevention Bureau for more detailed information. <br />4. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions <br />listed in the report from Engineering Services dated <br />1/11/80, attached hereto and made a part of this case <br />by reference. <br />5. That the Alameda County Geologist letter of November 2, 1979 <br />and Abel Soares, Geologist, Report of December 4, 1979 <br />be recorded with the Alameda County Recorder. <br />6. That the Oak tree near Lot #12 be retained unless to <br />do so would create a traffic or safety hazard. <br />7. That access to lots 10 and 11 be from the "Private Roadway", <br />not Longview Drive. ""' <br />Section 2.
