MEMORANDUM <br />March 12, 1980 <br />TO; Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services <br />SUBJECT: Report on Tentative Map, Tract 4539, <br />Pleasanton Hills as required by <br />Section 2-2.07 Article 1, Chapter 1, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />This report represents consideration by the Department of <br />Engineering Services and does not contain specific comments from <br />other City Departments or interested outside agencies. <br />Street Geometries <br />The street geometries proposed for this development are generally <br />acceptable as shown. <br />Electric Power Distribut <br />All electrical, gas, tel <br />be installed underground <br />and Communication <br />in joint trench. <br />Street Lighting System <br />Street lights will be required at various intervals within this <br />development. The developer will be responsible for providing <br />the necessary street lighting per approved plans. <br />Fire Protection <br />Fire hydrants will be required within this development. The <br />precise number and location will be determined during final design. <br />Easements <br />In-tract easements required for public utilities shall be granted <br />as public service easements. <br />Other Ordinances <br />Unless specifically modified by the Planning Commission at the <br />time of approval of the Tentative Map, the development shall <br />conform to all applicable ordinances and regulations of the City <br />of Pleasanton and all other agencies having jurisdiction. <br />Approval of the tentative map for Tract 4539, Pleasanton Hills, <br />is recommended subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the developer dedicate to the City for street right of <br />way purposes the streets shown on the map as Pico Avenue; <br />Abbie Street; and "A", "B", "C" and "D" Streets. <br />2. That the developer dedicate to the City for street right-of-way <br />and utility purposes an 8' P.S.E. along the frontage(s) <br />of Abbie Street, "A", "B", "C" and "D" streets. <br />
