MEMORANDUM March 12, 1980 TO; Planning Commission FROM: Engineering Services SUBJECT: Report on Tentative Map, Tract 4539, Pleasanton Hills as required by Section 2-2.07 Article 1, Chapter 1, Title II of the Ordinance Code This report represents consideration by the Department of Engineering Services and does not contain specific comments from other City Departments or interested outside agencies. Street Geometries The street geometries proposed for this development are generally acceptable as shown. Electric Power Distribut All electrical, gas, tel be installed underground and Communication in joint trench. Street Lighting System Street lights will be required at various intervals within this development. The developer will be responsible for providing the necessary street lighting per approved plans. Fire Protection Fire hydrants will be required within this development. The precise number and location will be determined during final design. Easements In-tract easements required for public utilities shall be granted as public service easements. Other Ordinances Unless specifically modified by the Planning Commission at the time of approval of the Tentative Map, the development shall conform to all applicable ordinances and regulations of the City of Pleasanton and all other agencies having jurisdiction. Approval of the tentative map for Tract 4539, Pleasanton Hills, is recommended subject to the following conditions: 1. That the developer dedicate to the City for street right of way purposes the streets shown on the map as Pico Avenue; Abbie Street; and "A", "B", "C" and "D" Streets. 2. That the developer dedicate to the City for street right-of-way and utility purposes an 8' P.S.E. along the frontage(s) of Abbie Street, "A", "B", "C" and "D" streets.
