3/12/80 <br />Planning Commission <br />RE: Tentative Map, Tract 4373 <br />Page 3 <br />16. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withheld until the <br />developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />that the proposed system is adequate for the service area and <br />generally meets the immediate and long range requirements of the <br />sanitary sewer system in this and all tributary areas. <br />17. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld until final <br />design calculations have been made and the developer has demonstrated <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system fully <br />meets the requirements of this development and all upstream areas <br />intended to be drained through this tract and that the requirements <br />of Alameda County Flood Control District have been met. <br />18. That a list of street names for this tract be submitted to the <br />Planning Director for approval prior to submittal of final map. <br />19. That all wells and septic tanks on the property be properly sealed, <br />filled and abandoned prior to the start of grading operations on <br />the tract development. <br />20. That a grading plan be submitted for approval as a part of the <br />improvement plans. <br />21. That the developer pay any and all applicable fees to which this <br />development may be subject, including assessment district segregations <br />if required. <br />22. That the design of fencing for the tract shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to final map approval. <br />// <br />
