MEMORAND[IM <br />"' March 12, 1980 <br />TO: Planning) Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services <br />RE: Report o~ Tentative Map, Tract 4373, as required by <br />Section -2.07, Article 1, Chapter 1, Title II of the <br />Ordinanc Code. <br />This report represents consideration by the Department of Engineering <br />Services and doe not contain specific comments from other City <br />Departments or i terested outside agencies. <br />Street Geometric <br />The street geome rics proposed for this development are generally <br />acceptable as sh wn. <br />Foothill Place w~ll be required to be aligned with the proposed street <br />in the Boatright development. <br />Electric Power D stribution and Communication Service Systems <br />All electrical, as, telephone and other related facilities shall be <br />installed underg ound in joint trench. <br />Street Li hting ystem <br />Street lights wi 1 be required at various intervals within this <br />development. Th developer will be responsible for providing the <br />necessary street lighting per approved plans. <br />Fire Protection <br />Fire hydrants wi 1 be required within this development. The precise <br />number and locat on will be determined during final design. <br />Easements <br />In-tract Basemen s required for public utilities shall be granted as <br />public service e sements. <br />Other Ordinances <br />Unless specifica ly modified by the Planning Commission at the time of <br />approval of the entative Map, the development shall conform to all <br />applicable ordin nces and regulations of the City of Pleasanton and <br />all other agenci s having jurisdiction. <br />Approval of the entative map for tract 4373 is recommended subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. .That the developer dedicate to the City for street right of way <br />purposes the streets shown on the map as Foothill Place, Foothill <br />Court and the applicable portion of Foothill Road as determined <br />by final design. <br />2. That the developer dedicate to the City for maintenance purposes <br />the parcels df land shown on the tentative map as P.S.E.'s and <br />as may be required by the City Engineer. <br />
