That the intersection of "B" Drive nd Hopyard Road be designed by the developer, to the satisfaction f the City Engineer, to provide for safe ingress and egress. Left urn movements into and out of "B" Drive will not be permitted unl ss it can be shown that these movements can be effected safely. 10. That the intersection of "A" Drive and Hopyard Road be designed by the developer, to the satisfaction f the City Engineer, to provide for safe ingress and egress. Compl ete signalization plans for this intersection shall be designed by traffic engineering consultant acceptable to the City Engineer pr' r to approval of a final map. The signal shall be constructed at full cost to the developer, in conjunction with the first phase o development. 11. That the intersection of "B" Drive and "A" Drive be designed by the developer, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, to provide for the safe and effective movemen of vehicles to and from the Sports Park facility.
