That "non-access" rights be dedicat d on the final map for <br /> Parcels A and B or for the Hopyard pad frontage of lots 34 through <br /> 42. <br />5. That approval for the precise line, grade, and structural sections <br /> of the streets within this developm nt be withheld pending final <br /> design. <br />6. That the developer and his agents a e responsible for the complete <br /> design and construction of the on-s 'te and off-site public <br /> improvements for the subject develo ment. <br />7. That the developer submit complete 'mprovement plans and final map <br />~-- to the City for review and approval . <br />8. That City approval for the storm dr inage, water, fire protection <br /> and sanitary sewer systems be with ld pending final design. <br />9. That the intersection of "B" Drive nd Hopyard Road be designed by <br /> the developer, to the satisfaction f the City Engineer, to provide <br /> for safe ingress and egress. Left urn movements into and out of <br /> "B" Drive will not be permitted unl ss it can be shown that these <br /> movements can be effected safely. <br />10. That the intersection of "A" Drive and Hopyard Road be designed by <br /> the developer, to the satisfaction f the City Engineer, to provide <br /> for safe ingress and egress. Compl ete signalization plans for this <br /> intersection shall be designed by traffic engineering consultant <br /> acceptable to the City Engineer pr' r to approval of a final map. <br /> The signal shall be constructed at full cost to the developer, in <br /> conjunction with the first phase o development. <br />11. That the intersection of "B" Drive and "A" Drive be designed by <br /> the developer, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, to provide <br /> for the safe and effective movemen of vehicles to and from the <br /> Sports Park facility. <br />
