PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1869 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING A <br />REQUEST FOR REZONING MADE BY MILD RED VALLARINO <br />AND FILED AS CASE RZ-80-5. <br />WHEREAS, Mildred Vallarino has applied to rezone the 4.4 acre <br />site located at 3897, 3887, 3889 Vineyard Avenue from <br />the RM-4000 (Residential 10 units per acre) District to <br />the RM-1500 (Residential 29 units per acre) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning <br />this application, reviewing all reports and exhibits; and <br />WHEREAS, Vineyard Avenue is heavily congested with traffic. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies the application of <br />Mildred Vallarino to rezone her property on Vineyard <br />Avenue from RM-4000 to RM-1500. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 9th day of April, 1980 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty and Acting Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: Commissioner Jamieson <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: April 9, 1980 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
