2. That the triangular segment of the subject property <br />which is to be left unapproved be kept in a weedfree <br />and nuisance free condition by the applicant at all times. <br />3. That within six months of the date of approval of this <br />use permit all wooden areas of the bank structure shall <br />be completely repainted or restained. <br />4. That additional ivy shall be planted in those landscaped <br />areas now deficient in this plant. <br />If your Commission concurs and you approve case UP-80-5, the staff <br />suggests that you make the following findings required for the <br />granting .of a use permit prior to such approval: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and <br />the purposes of the district in which the site is <br />located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />-2- <br />
