PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1870 <br />A RESOLUTION OF TE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR THE <br />BANK OF AMERICA AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-80-5. <br />WHEREAS, the Bank of America has applied for a 5-year extension <br />to allow the retention of the interim bank building on <br />the property located at 6280 West Las Positas Boulevard; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-N (Neighborhood-Commerical) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 9, 1980 at which time <br />all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-80-5 subject <br />to all of the conditions of the staff report to that <br />Commission dated April 9, 1980, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference because all of the required <br />findings could be made; except to add an additional <br />condition as follows:. <br />5. That the applicant grant a 10 ft. wide public <br />service easement £rom the west property line to <br />the existing sanitary sewer easement. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 9th day of April, 1980 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Jamieson and Acting Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Chairperson Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: April 9, 1980 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
