PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1886 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A USE PERMIT FOR EARL AND BARBARA ADAMS AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE UP-80-15. <br />WHEREAS, Earl and Barbara Adams have applied for a conditional <br />use permit to allow warehousing, contractors' operations <br />and related services at 3687 Old Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial Services) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 9, 1980 at which time <br />all pertinent reports, documents and testimony were <br />reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-80-15 subject <br />to all of the conditions of the staff report to that <br />Commission dated July 9, 1980, attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference, because all of the <br />required findings can be made. <br />Section 2.
