2. The proposed Valley Avenue widening and improvement to
<br /> a four lane roadway from east of Quarry Lane to
<br /> Stanley Boulevard, including an at-grade railroad
<br /> crossing and a grade separation structure for Southern
<br /> Paoifio°s and Western Paoifio°s railroad tracks north
<br /> of Stanley Boulevard.
<br />
<br />3. The proposed Stanley Boulevard widening and
<br /> improvement to a four lane roadway from Califorania
<br /> Street easterly to the city limits, including 300:
<br /> linear feet of median island east of city limits.
<br />
<br /> The proposed Busch Road widening and improvement to a
<br /> two lane roadway from Valley Avenue east a distance of
<br /> 1700: linear feet to the east end of Busohms frontage.
<br />
<br />5. The proposed Bernal Avenue improvements consisting of
<br /> a four lane roadway from Stanley Boulevard south to
<br /> Arroyo Del Valle.
<br />
<br />6. The proposed widening of Boulder Street consisting of
<br /> a two lane roadway from east of Quarry Lane to Valley
<br /> Avenue.

<br />And the improvement thereof by clearing, grubbing,
<br />excavation, grading, removal of existing trees, shrubs and
<br />structures and the construction therein of base, pavement,
<br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks, sound walls, where r6~uired,
<br />street signs, street monuments, surface and subsurface
<br />storm drainage, storm water pump station, where required,
<br />facilities for railroad grade separation structures,
<br />mandatory detours, channeling, merging, striping, turning
<br />and controlling traffic, where required, in accordance
<br />with the requirements of the City of Pleasanton by the
<br />construction of curbs, median islands, cables, pipes,
<br />electrical conduit and traffic signal systems, where
<br />required, landscaping, including sprinkler and irrigation
<br />systems, where required, pedestrian pathways, including
<br />all structures and other facilities necessary to make said
<br />area useful for the purpose for which intended, where
<br />required, water transmission, storage and distribution
<br />facilities including mains, valves, tees, fittings,
<br />services and fire hydrants, where required, sanitary sewer
<br />mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, cleanouts
<br />and laterals, where required, underground serviced street
<br />lighting facilities, gas transmission and service
<br />facilities, where required, underground electrical power
<br />distribution and service facilities and underground
<br />communication transmission and service facilities,
<br />together with all appurtenances or incidental work
<br />necessary or required legally to complete any of the above
<br />work.
