16. That any damage to street improvements now existing or <br />done during construction be repaired by the developer <br />at his cost. <br />17. That the developer pay all fees that this parcel may <br />be subject to including in-lieu park dedication fees <br />in effect at the time of approval of the final map <br />unless previously satisfied. <br />18. That street trees of a type and in a location approved <br />by Engineering Services be installed by the developer <br />prior to final inspection and/or occupancy of the <br />dwelling units. <br />19. That the developer comply with all conditions of <br />PUD-78-2. <br />Section 3.
