NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of Reso- <br />lution No. 77-66 (environmental Impact Guidelines and <br />Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports and determined <br />that the project requested in GP-79-2 would not have any <br />significant adversb effects on the environment to require <br />the preparation of an Environmental Report. <br />Section 2. The City staff ~s directed to cause a Notice of Deter- <br />mination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4 (g) of <br />Resolution No. 77-66. <br />Section 3.
