That a lot spe ific soils investigation and report be <br />completed by a licensed soils engineer and submitted to <br />the Building Department prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />7. That all gradi g, cut, fill, engineering be initiated <br />only after pro er permits .are obtained. <br />8. That all existing geological and soils reports (i.e., <br />Moore, Tabor; Burkland and Associates, and Gribaldo <br />et al) be recorded with the Alameda County Recorder <br />and that all site or lot specific surveys be recorded <br />against each parcel when completed. <br />9. That each prospective buyer be provided with a complete <br />copy of the environmental impact report, including all <br />appendices. <br />10. That the staff request the California Real Estate <br />Commissioner ~~o include in his report on the subdivision <br />a statement as to the potential geological problems <br />and a stateme t as to the recording of the documents <br />listed in con~ition 7 and 8 of this resolution. <br />
