CITY <br />STATE <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE L <br />OF PLEASANTON RECD N <br />ADOPTION OF PUD-77-1 , <br />G C MMISSION <br />PL ASANTON <br />OF AMEDA <br />F C LIFORNIA <br />IO NO. 1743 <br />ING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />G TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />SSION PARK INVESTMENT COMPANY. <br />WHEREAS, Mission Park Investm nt ompany has applied for approval <br />for a Planned Unit D vel pment proposed to be constructed <br />on the approximately 54 cre site located east of Sunol <br />Boulevard between Mi sio Drive and the future Pico Avenue. <br />Zoning for the prope ty 's RM-2500, R-1-6500 and Agri- <br />cultural; and <br />WHEREAS, prior to reviewing t e d velopment plans, the Planning <br />Commission made the ind'ng that the environmental impact <br />report prepared for he roject was reviewed and accepted <br />by the Planning Comm'ssi n; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 9, 1979, the lan ing Commission held a public <br />hearing to review to tim ny, maps, and reports. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING OMM SSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Co ssi n recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of PUD- 7-1 subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the develop ent be substantially as shown on <br />the development lan Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Divisio e cept that: <br />a) Junipero St eet shall be moved a minimum of 50 ft. <br />to the east th reby extending the depth of lots <br />1 through 5 a m nimum of 50 ft.; it shall also <br />be cul-de-s ced in the vicinity of lots 1 and 108 <br />if a traffi st dy carried out in conjunction with <br />the signali ati n of the Mission Park/Sunol Boule- <br />vard inters cti n (at time of consideration of a <br />tentative m p) 'ndicates such cul-de-sacing to <br />be appropri te. <br />b) That the mi im width of any lot (measured at <br />the middle f t e lot) shall be 70 ft. <br />c) That Dolore Drive shall be cul-de-saced on its <br />eastern end. <br />d) That the "a dit'onal lot and home design criteria" <br />listed on p ge of the development plan, shall <br />be for all ots visible from outside of the <br />development, no for just lots 1 through 27. <br />
