7. That if required by the City Engineer, the developer <br />provide to the City releases from adjacent properties. <br />8. That storm water inlets and outlets of special design <br />be used to handle the runoff on steep slopes. <br />9. That all electrical and communication service facilities <br />be installed underground in joint trenches. <br />10. That street lighting be installed by the developer <br />and maintained by the homeowners association. The <br />size and location of electroliers are to be determined <br />by the City Engineer. <br />11. That the developer pay the in-lieu park dedication <br />fees at the time of approval of the final map. <br />12. That the developer dedicate public service easements <br />as required by the City. <br />13. That a detailed grading and drainage plan be sub- <br />mitted for review and approval. <br />14. That the curb grades be a minimum of 1$ unless other- <br />wise approved. <br />15. That any existing wells or septic tanks be sealed <br />per Zone 7 requirements. <br />16. That a valid soils report and R-value information <br />be provided. <br />17. That the developer dedicate additional land to the <br />City to complete the Longview Drive cul-de-sac <br />across his frontage if required. <br />18. That any damage to the existing street improvements <br />now existing or done during construction be repaired <br />by the developer at his cost. <br />19. That all plans submitted be on a 24" x 36" format <br />and at an approved civilscale. <br />20.
