PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLFASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1759 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP, TRACT 4257, LONGVIEW. WHEREAS, Dr. Howard Long has applied for tentative map approval for Tract 4257 for a 10-lot subdivision on a 50+ acre site located at the northwest quadrant of the terminus of Longview Drive; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this application on June 13, 1979; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the possible environ- mental effects of the project and found that with the conditions of approval, there would be no significant effect; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the map is in con- formance with the Pleasanton General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Tentative Map, Tract 4257, subject to the conditions listed below and attachments which are made part of this approval by reference. 1. That all conditions of Ordinance No. 883 approving case PUD-78-1 shall be met. 2. That approval of the line, grade and structural sections of Longview Lane be withheld pending final design and approval of the final map. 3. That the water system include a tieline to the existing water main on Pleasanton Ridge and that approval of the system for domestic and fire protection purposes shall be withheld pending final designs, calculations and approval of the final map. 4. That the existing 8" water line be raised or lowered at the developer's expense if required for inadequate or excess cover. 5. That approval of the sanitary sewer collection system be withheld pending final design and approval of the final map. 6, That approval of the storm drain system be withheld pending final design and approval of the final map.
