what mitigation measures, if any, must be undertaken <br />to ensure that the project will not have a significant <br />impact upon the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports <br />and determines that the project requested in GP-79-7 <br />would not have any significant effects on the environment <br />to require the preparation of an Environmental Impact <br />Report. <br />Section 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br />Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4 (g) of <br />Resolution No. 77-66. <br />Section 3.
