To simplify the RAP: <br />a) Amend the resolution to change "Other Environ- <br />mental Features" to a range of from 0-5 points. <br />b) Amend the resolution to add points to the <br />"bicycle" section. <br />c) Amend the resolution to eliminate "ditches" from <br />the "Dedications/Completions" section. <br />9. To allow the filing of certain tentative maps: <br />a) Amend the ordinance to allow the filing of a <br />tentative map covering a 3-year sized project <br />(max. 150 units) once RAP approval has been <br />gained for the first year's phase. <br />10. Lots 20,000 sq. ft. or larger shall be exempt from RAP. <br />11. Fifty dwelling units shall be the maximum allotted <br />to any developer (whether or not a project is phased) <br />during any one year period. <br />Section 2.
