PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 177g <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP, <br />TRACT 4166. <br />WHEREAS, application of Frank Auf der Maur to subdivide the <br />approximately 66 acre site located on the southside <br />of Stanley Boulevard between the A & R Service Center <br />and the P.G.&E. substation site into 8 separate parcels; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning <br />this subdivision and reviewed all reports and exhibits; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that by conditions of <br />approval traffic concerns at the intersection would be <br />alleviated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the Planning Commission approves the filing of the <br />"~ Tentative Map for Tract 4166 subject to the following <br />conditions because all of the required findings could <br />be made: <br />Findings: <br />A. That the proposed map is in conformity with the <br />Pleasanton General Plan. <br />B. That none of the conditions, the findings of which <br />would require the denial of the map, are present in <br />this proposal. <br />C. That there are no waste disposal problems associated <br />with the project. <br />Conditions: <br />1. That the developer dedicate to the City of Pleasanton <br />for street right-of-way purposes, the area shown as <br />California Avenue. This shall be done prior to or <br />concurrent with the approval of the final map. <br />2. That the developer dedicate a 3 ft. public service <br />easement parallel with and contiguous to all interior <br />- streets. This shall be done prior to or concurrent <br />with the approval of the final map. <br />
