SABAH <br /> & CO. <br /> <br />M <br /> <br /> SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> <br /> FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM <br /> <br /> This Contract between C.A. Sabah and Company, hereinafter designated <br /> as the CONTRACTOR, and City of Pleasanton, hereinafter designated <br /> as the OPERATOR, covers the servicing and maintenance only by the <br /> CONTRACTOR of the Fenwal Fire Protection System No. 295426' installed <br /> in the Computer Room of City of Pleasanton at 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, <br /> California 94566 in compliance with National Fire Protection Association <br /> standards, numbers and recommendations of equipment manufacturers. <br /> <br /> I. It is agreed that the CONTRACTOR shall provide the <br /> following services during the period of this Service Contract: <br /> <br /> (A) The CONTRACTOR shall inspect the equipment <br /> and installation two (2) times during each contract year <br /> at approximate intervals of six (6) months with the initial <br /> inspection to be performed within 30 days of receipt of <br /> the executed contract. A report of each inspection shall <br /> be forwarded to the officer specified by the OPERATOR. <br /> (Reports to be sent to ) <br /> (Name of Officer) <br /> <br /> (B) Each inspection shall normally include tests of circuitry <br /> for continuity and adequate insulation, and of components <br /> for proper functioning condition. Detectors shall be <br /> checked and cleaned. Agent storage containers shall be <br /> checked for pressure and for liquid level.
