PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY 'OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1630 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE P7~P.NNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF PUD-78-2,'FALENDER HOMES CORPORATION. <br />WHEREAS, Falender Homes Corporation applied for approval to construct <br />51 homes located between Alder Court and Lemonwood Way along <br />the extension of Muirw~ood Drive; zoning for the property is <br />PUD (Medium Density Residential); and <br />WHEREAS, prior to reviewing thq development plans, the Planning <br />Commission made the f'nding that the environmental impact <br />report prepared for t e project was reviewed and accepted <br />by the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 10, 1978, th <br />hearing to review tes <br />Planning Commission held a public <br />mony, maps, and reports. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commis ion recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of PUD-7~-2, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That notice of tY}e beginning of construction of the <br />' development be given to the residents that live in <br />homes adjacent t the development one week in advance <br />of t'he start of arth moving activities. <br />6. That'the haul roue to the site be approved by City staff <br />and that a tempo~#ary haul road be used on the site to <br />minimize construdtion traffic in the area of the site. <br />-1- <br />
