PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY 'OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1630 A RESOLUTION OF THE P7~P.NNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF PUD-78-2,'FALENDER HOMES CORPORATION. WHEREAS, Falender Homes Corporation applied for approval to construct 51 homes located between Alder Court and Lemonwood Way along the extension of Muirw~ood Drive; zoning for the property is PUD (Medium Density Residential); and WHEREAS, prior to reviewing thq development plans, the Planning Commission made the f'nding that the environmental impact report prepared for t e project was reviewed and accepted by the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, on April 10, 1978, th hearing to review tes Planning Commission held a public mony, maps, and reports. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commis ion recommends to the City Council the adoption of PUD-7~-2, subject to the following conditions: 1.
