time period one year prior to the adoption of the fee and for <br /> any building permit subsequent to the adoption of that fee. <br /> <br /> 11. The developer shall construct the 30 ft. wide common driveway <br /> to full width with the improvements for this development <br /> unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />12. The developer shall reconstruct the "noses" of the median <br /> island breaks if determined necessary by the City Engineer <br /> during final design. <br /> <br />13. That the developer submit a building permit survey and a site <br /> development plan in accordance with the Survey Ordinance, and <br /> that these plans be approved by the City Engineer prior to <br /> the issuance of a building permit. That the site development <br /> plan include all required information to design and construct <br /> site, grading, paving, drainage and utilities. Specific <br /> items to be indicated on the site development plan necessary <br /> to construct the improvements are to be in accordance with <br /> the City of Pleasanton Private development Design Guidelines <br /> and Standard Details adopted April 15, 1986. <br /> <br />14o That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br /> Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of <br /> this case by reference, except condition 12, 13, 14, 26, 29, <br /> 31, 46, 50, and 54. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
