PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1643 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF SEC. 2-5.37 (c) AND SEC. 2-5.38(f), ARTICLE <br />3, CHAPTER 2, TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON FILED UNDER RZ-78-2. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has applied for an amendment to <br />Sec. 2-5.37 (c) and Sec. 2-5.38(f), Article 3, Chapter 2, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />to allow certain structures and/or screens to be located <br />in the required front yards in residential zones and to <br />allow certain structures to be located in the side yard <br />setback of corner lots; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing to review this request was held on May 10, <br />1978, at which time all pertinent testimony, photographs, <br />documents, and reports were reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS , <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of RZ-78-2, per the draft ordinance dated <br />April 20, 1977, attached hereto and made a part of this <br />resolution by reference. <br />Section 2.
