PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF PLEASANTON
COUNTY OF ALAMEDA
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION N0. 1645
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF PLEASANTON FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITION
N0. 4 OF RESOLUTION NO. 1569 UNDER WHICH TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP #3858 (FRANK AUF DER MAUR) WAS APPROVED.
WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has applied for approval of a plan
complying with Condition #4 of Resolution NO. 1569 under
which Tentative Tract Map #3858 was approved in order to
place approximately 150,000 cu. yds. of earthen fill on
Lot 7 of said tract, which is located just easterly of
3420 Stanley Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, this plan was reviewed by the Planning Commission on
May 10, 1978, when all pertinent maps, drawings, documents
and testimony were reviewed.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING:
Section 1. The Planning Commission approves the plan complying with
Condition #4 of Resolution No. 1569 subject to the following
conditions:
1. That a temporary drainage plan for the entire property
be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer prior
to filling on Lot 7; that the drainage plan will show
a storm drain so located as to conform to a future
street. The applicant assumes full responsibility for
realigning storm drain if in the future it becomes
apparent that said drain would not conform to the
ultimate street pattern in the area.
2. That any future grading or filling be subject to
Condition #4 of Resolution No. 1569.
3. That the applicant secure City approval prior to
removing any Heritage Trees.
4. That the Stanley Boulevard frontage of Tentative=_ Tract
#3858 be analyzed to determine the optimum location for
access to the property by trucks engaged in the fill
operation; that a plan showing ingress and egress to the
site be approved by the City prior to commencement of
any fill operations on the site; that work commence on
the California Avenue/Stanley Boulevard intersection,
per Condition No. 2 of Resolution No. 1569, and be
diligently pursued toward completion prior to any
fill operations on the site taking place.
