r-- 18. That a raised median be provided on Hopyard Road to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />19. That a median opening on Valley Avenue be allowed and <br />that this median opening be designed to allow only <br />for left-turn traffic exiting from the proposed <br />shopping center onto Valley Avenue (eastbound) and to <br />specifically preclude left-turn traffic from Valley <br />Avenue (eastbound) into the proposed shopping center. <br />20. That all medians and median openings be constructed at <br />the applicant's full expense and to city standards. <br />21. That if required by the Police Department, all buildings <br />on the site be equipped with alarm systems, the types <br />to be approved by the Police Department and that the <br />system shall be installed prior to final building <br />inspection. <br />22. That all truck traffic enter and exit the complex from <br />the Hopyard Road driveways and that no trucks be permitted <br />to enter or leave the site from the Valley Avenue driveway; <br />that the applicant or his successors in interest place <br />and maintain a sign at the Valley Avenue driveway, <br />the exact placement and wording to be approved by the <br />City, stating that truck traffic may not enter or exit <br />l' at that driveway and directing all truck traffic to <br />the Hopyard Road entrances; and that delivery trucks <br />not enter or exit the subject site between the hours <br />of 8:00 P.M., and 8:00 A.M. <br />23. That the developer provide off-set sidewalks at all <br />utility obstructions in the Hopyard Road improvements <br />in order to provide a 10 ft. clear sidewalk. <br />24. That all utilities required to serve this development <br />shall be installed underground including the service to <br />the city well. <br />25. That the developer install street frontage improvements <br />per ordinance to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />These improvements shall include, but are not necessarily <br />limited to: grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk paving, <br />storm drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street <br />lighting, undergorund utilities, and traffic control <br />devices. <br />26. That the developer install street trees as required <br />per ordinance. <br />27. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the start <br />of construction to final inspection, and that the fire <br />department emergency number be provided near all tele- <br />phones on the site following construction. <br />-3- <br />
