PLANNING COMMISSION ~- CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1661 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LOY SELVEY, UP-78-16. WHEREAS, Mr. Loy Selvey has applied for a conditional use permit to operate an automobile air conditioning and radiator service at 3657 Old Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held at which all pertinent infor- mation was presented for the Commission's review; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the zoning ordinance and the purposes of the C-S District in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the zoning ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That UP-78-16 be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. 2. That there be no storage of any type in the setback area between the building and the southern property line of the subject property. 3. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground or elsewhere, be effectively screened from view with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure.
