4. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such <br />a manner that noise emanating from it will not be <br />perceptible at or beyond the property plane of the <br />subject property in a normal environment for that <br />zoning district. <br />5. That all trash and refuse be contained completely within <br />enclosed areas architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. <br />6. That if signing for the project is desired, a compre- <br />hensive signing program be submitted to the City for <br />consideration under separate application. <br />7. That all automobiles being worked upon, be kept inside <br />the structure at all times. <br />8. That the applicant comply with all requirements of the <br />Fire Department for establishment of this business on <br />the subject site. <br />Section 2.
