City, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement <br />Act of 1913, adopted Resolution of Intention No. 82-174 on May 25, 1982, <br />and'as amended by Resolution of Intention No. 85-223 on May 7, 1975, which. <br />provides for the formation of a special assessment district designated <br />North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 1982-4 (District), to accomplish, <br />among other things, the installation of street lighting service facilities, <br />the relocation of existing underground electric facilities and the removal <br />of existing overhead electric distribution facilities with their <br />replacement with underground electric distribution facilities. <br /> <br /> B. The electric facilities contemplated for construction and/or <br />replacement within the District include the removal and replacement of <br />existing overhead with underground electric distribution facilities <br />(Electric Facilities), the relocation of existing underground electric <br />facilities (Electric Relocation Facilities), the installation of street <br />lighting service facilities (Street Lighting Service Facilities) within the <br /> <br /> -1- <br /> <br /> <br />
