RESOLUTION NO. 08-213 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 (MASTER FEE SCHEDULE) TO <br />ESTABLISH REVISED REGIONAL SEWER RATES, FEES, AND CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and <br />Charges for Various Municipal Services) is the present repository for listing of fees and <br />charges for the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) is hereby amended <br />to read as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective July 1, 2008. <br />Section 3: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it <br />into the book of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on June 3, 2008. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br />foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the <br />June 3, 2008, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilmember Cook-Kallio <br />Abstain: None <br />Kar Diaz, City Cler <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
