First Amendment to Agreement <br />Between the City of Pleasanton and the Amador Livermore Valley <br />Historical Society <br />This First Amendment to Agreement is executed this 1St day of July 2008, by the City of <br />Pleasanton ("City") and the Amador Livermore Valley Historical Society ("ALVHS"). <br />Whereas, on July 1, 2007, the City and ALVHS entered into a Contract to <br />combine efforts for the expansion of historical interpretive programming and <br />administrative operations at the Museum on Main Street and future Alviso Adobe <br />Community Park ("Agreement"); and <br />Whereas, the Agreement expires on June 30, 2008; and <br />Whereas, the parties now desire to extend the Agreement to June 30, 2011; <br />Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The Agreement is hereby extended to June 30, 2011. <br />2. This extension is contingent upon the City Council's approval of an operating <br />budget in subsequent fiscal years (Julyl-June 30) that includes sufficient <br />funding for this Agreement. <br />3.
