ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §2-7.08(a) (PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL <br />USES) OF ARTICLE 8 (C COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS), CHAPTER 2 <br />(.ZONING), TITLE II (.ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE <br />ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON BY ADDING GUARDS' <br />LIVING QUARTERS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />'Section 1. Subsection 2-7.08ia) of Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II <br />o t e Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended <br />s follows: <br />The use "guards' living quarters" is added to the <br />list of conditional and permitted uses in §2-7.08 (a) <br />as a conditional use in the C-S (Commercial Service) <br />District. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br />ja ter its passage and adoption. <br />'Section 3.
