PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1502 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION <br />OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO ALLOW GUARD'S LIVING QUARTERS <br />AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT. <br />REAS, on February 9, 1977, the Planning Commission initiated <br />a zoning code amendment to review the possibility of <br />conditionally allowing guards living quarters in the <br />C-S (Commercial Service) District; and <br />on March 9, 1977, the Planning Commission held a public <br />hearing for the purpose of amending Sec. 2-7.08(a), <br />Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City pf Pleasanton to allow "guards living quarters" <br />as a conditional use in the C-S (Commercial Service) <br />District; and <br />REAS, at that hearing, the Planning Commission reviewed the <br />staff's recommendation and received testimony. <br />THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />tion 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of the draft ordinance (attached) and re- <br />ferred to by reference, to allow as a conditional use <br />in the C-S (Commercial Service) District, "guards living <br />quarters," <br />:tion 2.
