PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1506 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE. <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Political Reform Act of <br />1974 et sec., the Planning Commission, as a local agency, <br />is required to adopt a Conflict of Interest Code; and <br />the Commission received a report on the necessity to <br />adopt a Conflict of Interest Code on February ~, 1977 <br />from the Deputy City Attorney; and <br />the Commission received the attached Conflict of Interest <br />Code draft prior to the meeting of March 9, 1977; and <br />the Commission held a hearing on this proposed code on <br />March 9, 1977. <br />THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />ec_tion 1. The Planning Commission adopts the Conflict of Interest <br />Code attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. <br />ection 2. The Planning Commission submits its adopted Conflict <br />~of Interest Code to the City Council for approval. <br />3.
