Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Each Commissioner shall disclose: <br />(1) All interests in real property in the jurisdiction <br />(City of Pleasanton plus two miles beyond the City limits) <br />if the fair market value of the interest is one thousand <br />dollars ($1,000) or more, whether owned individually, <br />in joint tenancy, or through a partnership or corporation. <br />The private residence of the Commissioner need not be <br />disclosed. <br />(2) All investments in, management positions in, or income <br />from any business entity which is currently doing business <br />with the City, has done business with the City in the <br />last two (2) years, or might foreseeably do business with <br />the City in the future, if said business entity provides <br />services or consultations in the area of planning, zoning <br />or environmental analysis. <br />(3) All investments in, management positions in, or income <br />from any business entity which is located within the <br />jurisdiction (City of Pleasanton, plus two miles beyond <br />the City limits). <br />
