It is recommended that Tentative P4ap, Tract 3824 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That all in-tract easements be granted as public service easements <br />with no reference to specific use. <br />2. That the number, size and location of fire hydrants remain suh-- <br />ject to change pending approval by the Director of Enginceri.r.g <br />Services. <br />3.
