Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-77-6, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the <br />establishment of a parking agreement between the owners <br />of the 719 Main Street building and the owner of the <br />property located at 347-351 St. Mary Street, this <br />agreement to contain an irrevocable easement giving <br />all parties concerned the right to cross property lines <br />so that existing parking in the area may be utilized. <br />The agreement should also contain stipulations as to <br />hours of delivery, especially as they pertain to the <br />unfinished furniture store. Said agreement shall be <br />reviewed by and be to the satisfaction of the City <br />Attorney. <br />2. That the applicant restrict the number of instructors <br />and students of the dance studio to a number that <br />would not require more than seven parking spaces. <br />3. That said use not be allowed to take occupancy of the <br />premises until the building has received all final <br />inspection approvals from the City. <br />Section 2.
